Stay Out Stay Alive Fatal Accident Summaries
for 2007

An eastern Kentucky man died after losing control of an all-terrain vehicle and being thrown from it, state police said.

Kyle Slone, 21, of Pippa Passes suffered multiple injuries Tuesday when the vehicle ran off the road as he tried to pass a coal truck on a coal haul road in Knott County, police said.

The victim was not wearing a helmet.
