An ATV crash in Indiana’s Greene-Sullivan State Forest killed a man and injured a woman. The 27-year-old victim was operating an ATV with his 25-year-old passenger. The driver tried to climb a steep hill on strip mine terrain, and the vehicle flipped over backward onto the couple. The victim died of blunt force trauma to the chest. Controlled substances were found at the scene, according to the investigating officer of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Conservation. ATVs are prohibited on state forest property, and the ATV involved in the accident was reported stolen. (Source: Linton Daily Citizen)
